PHONE CALLS

Campers cannot be reached by phone during the day.  To inquire on a camper, call (819) 843-2019 between 9:00-11:30 and 1:30-4:30.  Normally, there is someone to answer the phone.  We have an answering machine if no one is at the phone.  Please advise us if you wish us to call you back.  We will respond rapidly in the event of an emergency.

We permit, but strongly discourage calling the camp to talk to your child.  Many younger children become homesick after a phone call.  They love letters though!  If you must talk to your child, call at meal times.

Upon arrival, we screen for lice and flu like symptoms.  Any camper with lice or fever will not be permitted to stay at camp.  We will reschedule your child if possible for another week or offer a refund.

We will treat minor injuries (scrapes, bruises) and minor illness such as headaches tummy aches at camp.  We will advise the parents/guardian in the event of any significant injury or illness.  In these rare cases, the child will usually be sent home early.
